When Winplus relocated their Australasian head office and warehouse to new premises in Boronia, they needed a fitout that reflected their values as a “Professional, Creative and Innovative” company.
The substantial increase in office and warehouse space from 180m2 to 650m2 required a smart and efficient use of the newly acquired space.
Winplus needed a complete office fitout, with a non-traditional look that was stylish and tasteful with a splash of flair, fun, and motivation to align with their creative and energetic team culture and client image.

In addition, the fitout needed to clearly define working and break-out areas through colour selection and layout while offering flexibility for future layout changes.
A full set of 3D rendered photo design concepts were created to help Winplus gain a visual understanding of the project before the fitout commenced. This plan combined standard components with other customised options to create a stylish, tasteful, and distinctive company image without the expense of a fully customised design.
A black and white colour palette, balanced with featured coloured walls and timber grain floors in select areas, gives the new Winplus office a modern and progressive feel whilst communicating its values of creativity, innovation and professionalism.
The workstation area utilises black and white, with custom screens showcasing a unique feature fabric, adding some flair to the team working area. Installing power and data with black monitor arms also added functionality and flexibility to the layout of the workstation area. While a custom laminate-coloured boardroom table creates a corporate and professional feel for the boardroom.
Winplus has clearly defined working areas that inspire energy, motivation, and creativity to boost staff morale and productivity. The purpose-designed workstation configuration is versatile, allowing for future growth.
The overall result is a fully customised fitout that provides a stylish, tasteful, and fun image.
